A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:15am. There were no children present. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 1 child's record, the vendor/provider's record, and 1 household member record was reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
