A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 4/22/2024 from 12:15pm through 12:45pm. There was one child directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. One children's records, vendor information and household member information was reviewed.
Information gathered determined violations with applicable code or requirements and are listed on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-170-C Description: Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not ensure that each household member underwent repeat background checks every five years.
Evidence: Household member #2s most recent criminal history background check was dated 2/1/2019. The vendor confirmed that the household member did not complete the repeat background check.Plan of Correction: We will contact Arlington County to have someone help us make the appointment.
