An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/31/22 from 6:00pm to 6:40pm with the provider. The provider reported that there are currently no children enrolled. The provider's record and two adult household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid as well as Medication Administration Training (MAT). The provider and licensing inspector (LI) discussed the provider?s policies and procedures for when she has children enrolled. The carbon monoxide detector was observed.
