Discussed Background checks for future staff - 5 year check outside of state required if staff member has lived outside of the state within 5 years prior to employment. Also discussed updating website to include daily capacity.

An unannounced RECDC inspection was conducted from 1045- 12:00. The program's Director was out of the building but there were staff present who were able to answer questions and provide files for review. The Inspector observed the two preschool classes and ratios were also checked. The three's class consisted of 11 children with 2 staff and the four's group consisted of 14 children with 2 staff. The Inspector also reviewed parent handbook, staff clearances and training documents. Staff were able to also questions about program and special care provisions.
