A focused subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on May 15, 2023 from 10:00 A.M.-10:30 A.M., to follow-up on violations noted on the March 2, 2023 inspection. There were four children present with one staff supervising. Observations and a review of one staff record were conducted.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
