An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 2/10/20 at 10:00 am to 1:30 pm in regards to a complaint received on 1/22/20 regarding center policies. An investigation was conducted, observations were made and interviews were conducted. No evidence was found to support the allegations. The complaint is unfounded.
