An announced initial Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the vendor on July 5, 2023, beginning at 8:47a.m. and ending at 9:40a.m. There were no children in the care of the vendor during the inspection. There were no children?s records to be reviewed. The vendor and three household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, battery-operated radio, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on sight and allergy care plans to be reviewed. Not all of the subsidy requirements were able to be accessed during this inspection as there are no children enrolled at this time.
