Contact information provided for fingerprint based background checks for all adult household members. Contents of the first aid kit, a battery operated radio, emergency response plan and emergency response drills were discussed.

An initial Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/29/2023 to review health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection there were no children enrolled in care. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
