An announced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/24/2020. Interviews were conducted with staff in conjunction with local agencies. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so that complaint is determined to be "not valid" There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
