An initial Subsidy inspection was initiated on 11/2/2023 and concluded on 11/2/2023. There was one child present with one vendor supervising The point total was two. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant environment, emergency readiness, disease and contamination prevention, operational responsibilities, nutrition and food safety, care and supervision and transportation. A total of three child records and two vendor/household records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:00 am and concluded at 11:00 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
