Written information has been provided regarding resilient surfacing and fall zones for outdoor play equipment.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was conducted on 03/04/2021 in response to an allegation the the facility was not in compliance with Code of Virginia requirements for cushioning materials under playground equipment.
Based on staff interviews, pictures and a virtual tour of the playground this complaint is found to be not valid. No violations were issued.
