This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/15/2021 and concluded on 10/20/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 50 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 4 years, with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, a written disclosure stating the fact that the center is exempt from licensure and other required information was not posted in a visible location on the premises. 2) The center's director stated that they did not have this information posted in the center.Plan of Correction: The Public Disclosure Statement is now posted in the Director's office and on our Parent Information Board.
