Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on August 31, 2021, in the areas of abuse & neglect. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on August 31, 2021 and findings were reviewed on September 16, 2021.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
