Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector gave the director resources for completing background searches and discussed requirements.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An annual inspection was initiated on 11/29/2021 and concluded on 2/22/2022. There were 0 children present with 3 staff supervising. Religious exempt requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description: Based on record review, central registry searches were not conducted for employees.

Evidence:
A Central Registry Search was not conducted for Staff A-L.

Plan of Correction: Searches were returned 3/14/2022 due to one having wrong colored ink and one being sent back tomorrow 3/16/2022.
