An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 25, 2022. Documents were reviewed electronically. The children were observed preparing for nap, napping, eating lunch, diapering and hand washing. The sample size was 6 staff records and 4 children records. The outdoor play area was not inspected.

Standard #: 22.1-289.031-A-5-d Description: Based on staff interview, the center did not ensure to have proper child restraint devices in vehicles used to transport children.
Evidence: Staff #1 confirmed there are children that are transported in vehichle under the age of 8 and they do not have booster seats when being transported.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
