The provider is present with 6 children in care. A total of 15 points today. The children were observed playing , watching the little mermaid, singing songs, playing with toys and having lunch. The children are having orzo with peas, carrot and ground beef for lunch today and milk to drink. The provider has lots of toys for the children. Interaction between children and provider observed during the visit. This visit was started at 10:15 and ended at 11:30. Description: The provider failed to stay within the capacity of her license. Evidence: Based on the zoning rules the providers license was reduced to 5 as of February 1st. The provider is caring for 6 children during today's visit.

Plan of Correction: I have put in my zoning paperwork and zoning is schedule to inspect tomorrow. I tried to dis enroll a child but his parents got very upset and he is leaving at the beginning of next month.
