Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:40am and departed at 1:35pm to conduct a religiously exempt child day center cod compliance visit in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI). At the time of the inspection, there 12 children (ages infant through four years) in care with four staff. Children were observed interacting with staff, eating, handwashing, and napping. The sample size was five children's records and five staff records.
