Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, August 24, 2015 to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards. In attendance were 3 children totaling 9 points being supervised by the provider and assistant. Children just finished lunch which consisted of hot dog on a bun, baked beans, apple sauce, and milk. Afterward children were observed sleeping in the appropriate crib/cot. Children's books, toys, and equipment were inspected and found to be age appropriate and in operable condition. The children's restroom was inspected with the required supplies present. All rooms of the home used by children were inspected with no hazards found. The rear playground area and children toys were inspected with no hazards found.

The family day home had the following posted: license, menu, emergency numbers, evacuation maps, daily schedule, previous inspection, and various parent information. These postings are located on the wall and bulletin upon entering the children's room. The first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and emergency supplies were inspected. Two children and the provider records were inspected with the required information found. The following was also inspected: fire drill log, shelter-in-place drills, emergency preparedness plan, parent agreements, and other pertinent information.
