Comments:
Arrived 9:50am Departed 11:10am An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. One child were in care today, plus one of the provider's grandchildren. The children were playing with toys and eating breakfast.. Ten children's records, and two household members' records, were reviewed for compliance. Compliance with requirements for the out door play area could not be determined due to rain. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-460-D
Description: Based on the rabies documentation reviewed the provider did not maintain current rabies vaccines on all animals. Evidence: 1. The records for one cat (4/8/14) and two dogs (9/10/12) indicate that they are past due for rabies vaccines.

Plan of Correction: The provider reported that she thought that all the vaccines were due on 9/14/15. The animals will be vaccinated.
