Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, from approximately 3:15pm until 5:15pm. Present today were two children present totaling four points with the caregiver. When the school age children arrived there were five children present totaling six points with the caregiver. The children were discussing a treasure map when the inspector arrived. Later they played outside on the fenced playground. Previous violations had been corrected. Practice evacuation drill and shelter-in-place drill : 9/4/15 Lunch: Corn dogs, hash browns, applesauce, milk P.M. Snack: peanut butter crackers
