An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 9/20/2022 and concluded on 9/20/2022. There were 29 children present, ranging in ages from 2 1/2 years to5 years, with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 3 children and 3 staff records were reviewed.
