The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection on October 18, 2022 from approximately 10:30am to 12:30pm. There were zero children present, one staff member. A total of five children?s files and twostaff files were reviewed. A code compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-800-A-1 Description: Based on documentation review and interview, the vendor did not ensure the emergency response drills were practiced as required.
Evidence:
The documentation of emergency drills did not document a September 2022 evacuation drill. A member of management stated they forgot to complete an evacuation drill for September 2022.Plan of Correction: We will ensure all required emergency drills are being conducted and documented going forward.
