An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated today at 11:15am. The physical plant, 6 caregiver/household member files, 4 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, medications, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 9 children, totaling 29 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed playing outside, being fed (infant), cleaning up for and eating lunch while watching tv. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served rice with chicken, blueberries, yogurt and milk for lunch. There are currently 2 caregivers certified in MAT (medication administration training). All of the caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. The Provider has enrolled in an Early Childhood class at NOVA. Should you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com.
