An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There is one child present (2 points) with one adult. 2 adult and 1 child's file were reviewed. See Violation notice for missing items. The child was observed playing and snacking. Due to case load adjustments your next inspection will be with a different inspector. All inspectors carry ID badges or business cards for identification.
