Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with provider's assistant. There were seven children present, ranging in age from 21 months to 6 years old, totalling 13 points. The children were playing outdoors in Little Tikes cars, playground equipment, and with chalk and bubbles. The children washed up for lunch; chicken nuggets, apples, macaroni and cheese, and milk. After lunch, it was time for rest. Six children's files and one staff file were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for missing items. Provider does not administer medication. Time of today's inspection: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please call me if you have any questions 540-219-4122 or e-mail tara.barton@dss.virginia.gov.
