An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There are 3 children present (10 points) with 2 adults. 5 adult files and 3 children's files were reviewed. All were in compliance. One child is within 7 days for proof of birth documentation. Children were observed being fed and sleeping. Due to case load adjustments your next inspection may be with a different inspector.
