Today an unannounced monitoring visit was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 9:30am-11:45 there were 6 children enrolled and 1 child visiting with parent for a total of 12 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having morning outdoor free play, riding bicycles, reading books, playing with blocks, snack, and transition for lunch and nap time. Lunch consisted of turkey sandwiches, carrots, fruit and milk. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider records, fire drill log, menu, attendance record and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-920 Description: Based on observation of the menu, the menu posted did not reflect the current one-week period. Evidence: The menu posted did not include a date. Plan of Correction: Provider stated that she will add a date each week to the menu.
