- Technical Assistance:
1. All sections of the Information for Parents Form should be completed consistently for each enrolled child.
Conducted a unannounced monitoring inspection 11:10am-12:05pm. Observed 11 children = 35 points with the Provider, Assistant #2, and Assistant #2. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were eating lunch, washing hands, having story-time, singing an alphabet song, and having indoor free-play with toys. Caregivers were attentive to the children's needs, assisting them with tasks, and playing with them on the floor. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with age appropriate toys and equipment. Lunch served: pasta with a meat/tomato sauce, blueberries, and milk. No medications reported to be on-site. Required documents were posted. Record keeping violations found.
