A subsidy inspection was conducted at the same time as the annual RECDC inspection.
44 children were present with 8 preschool teachers in 4 groupings.
Observed the children playing on the new playground, having dance time and eating lunch.
Lots of interaction observed in all groupings.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-540-B Description: Based on the review of 6 children's records, the center failed to get some required paperwork needed.
Evidence: Based on the review of 6 children's records the following information is missing:
3 out of 6 children are missing an emergency contact. Child 1, child 2 and child 3.
2 out of 6 children's files checked are missing their immunization records. Child 1, Child 5.Plan of Correction: I will request the information from the parents and also make sure that the other children have this information. We have a new computer system for files and parents for get to go in and designate emergency contacts.
