Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on October 4, 2022, in the areas of supervision & care of children. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on October 5, 2022 and findings were reviewed on December 5, 2022
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be "NOT VALID." There are no additional violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
