- Technical Assistance:
During inspection consultation was given regarding an increase in capacity for this family day home. Provider was informed that once the increase in capacity was granted by the her County zoning department she could then provide that documentation to licensing office to have that modify her capacity. Provider also requested information about MAT training which will be provided by inspector.
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 9:30 - 10:30 am. There were 3 day care children and provider's son present for a total of 13 point with 2 caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed playing, eating melons for A.M. snack , and hand washing. Lunch to be served to day was macaroni and cheese with avocado and tomatoes. Emergency preparation was current, children's field trip forms were completed and all trainings were up to date. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
