Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:05 - 11:30. There were 4 children, including one related child , present = 13 points with three caregivers. The children played inside and outside and ate lunch. The violation notice will be e mailed for completion.

Description: Based on observation, the licensee had three topical ointments on site that were no longer labeled. Evidence - There were three containers of diaper cream that were no longer labeled legibly with the child's name.

Description: Based on observation, the licensee did not have one of the required emergency numbers posted. Evidence - There was no telephone number posted for an emergency backup caregiver.
