A complaint investigation was initiated on 9/9/2016 regarding the supervision of children in care. Interviews were conducted with children in care on several dates. At the conclusion of all interviews, it has been determined by a preponderance of evidence that the complaint is valid. The violation notice will be hand delivered to the licensee.

Description: Based on information obtained from children during interviews conducted in conjunction with another agency a caregiver was not able to provide direct care and supervision of children at all times. Evidence - Children stated during interviews that a 12 year old family member pulled down a five year old child's shorts when the five year old was bothering the 12 year old. There was only one caregiver downstairs at the time and he did not provide the level of supervision needed to prevent the incident.

Plan of Correction: To avoid future confusion on I promise to be much more careful in monitoring child care as a little confusion there was a big problema [sic] which caused distrust the other parents of children who are in my care and for all that I'm showing the effective day to day work we do both myself and my daycare providers also making a change in the space meeting. place now the daycare at the top of the house. to handle better supervision. care. monitoring and safety especially for children.
