A code compliance inspection was initiated on February 13, 2023 and concluded on February 13, 2023. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 2 staff records were reviewed.
