Comments:
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There are 3 children present (12 points) with 2 adults. 2 adult and 3 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. All original background searches were reviewed. Children were observed eating, sleeping and playing during today's inspection. There are 4 cribs assembled for use with acceptable manufacture dates (IKEA cribs). Due to case load adjustments, your next inspection may be with a different inspector. Description: Based upon a review of files, parents have not been provided, in writing, all policies and procedures. Evidence: Missing information includes: *Liability insurance declaration. (Children 1,2,3) *Provisions of the Emergency Preparpedness Plan. (Child 1)
