An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, from 2:30pm until 3:20pm. There was one child present totaling one point with the provider. All required postings were present. The last practice evacuation drill was conducted 12/19/16. Two shelter-in-place drills have been conducted this year. The providers first aid and CPR will expire 4/4/17. lunch: Vegetable soup, cheese sandwich, milk Snack: Homemade shortbread cookies and milk Some supplies available to the children include a Wii station, books, board games, puzzles and art supplies. There are no pets. No transportation is provided.
