Comments:
An unannounced Renewal Study was conducted today. There are 4 children present ( 8 points) with one adult. 4 children's files were reviewed. All were in compliance. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, diapering, hand washing and the menu are all in compliance. Children were observed playing with puzzles, during circle time, coloring, and during diaper changes including hand washing. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-940-B
Description: There is no refrigerator thermometer available.

Plan of Correction: I will locate the thermometer, or purchase a new one.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280
Description: Based upon direct observation, potentially poisonous materials were accessible to children in the bathroom. Evidence: Disinfecting wipes were in the basket on the back of the toilet, within reach of children.

Plan of Correction: The wipes were moved during the inspection, and will be stored inaccessible to children.
