A complaint inspection was initiated on February 23, 2023 and concluded on February 23, 2023. There were 46 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision. The information gathered during the investigation supports the allegation, so the complaint is found to be valid. Violations were cited in areas of the Code of Virginia applicable to Religiously Exempt Child Care Centers and appear on the violation notice.
