Discussed with the provider: She may want to include her own baby on the attendance sheet in case of an emergency so that Firast Responders know exactly how many children are present.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 9:15 and ending at 10:30. There were 7 children in care, ages 8 months through 3 years. The children were in the care of the provider and her full time assistant. Children were observed playing with toys, singing with the assistant, resting in a swing and interacting with adults and each other. Reviewed 6 children's files - see Violation Notice Reviewed 1 staff file and 3 family files - complete Provider exceeds standards in areas of training received, space available and supplies and equipment. Emergency escape drills and shelter in place drills are up to date. Attendance sheet was current. Provider is taking the MAT (Medication Administration Training). Description: Based on a review of 6 children's file sit was determined that 3 files did not have complete information. Evidence: The file for Child #2 did not have the medical insurance policy number. The file for Child #3 did not have an address for 1 emergency contact. The file for Child #4 did not have the parent's employers information.

Plan of Correction: The provider will have all of the required information.

Description: Based on observation, it was determined that not all small appliances were unplugged when not in use. Evidence: The coffee pot in the kitchen was plugged in but was not in use.

Plan of Correction: The coffee pot was unplugged during the inspection. It will not be kept plugged in unless it is use..
