Technical Assistance:
1. The Assistant will need to complete the pre-service subsidy training program by 6/3/17.

Comments:
Conducted an unannounced subsidy inspection 4:30-5:10pm. Checked subsidy requirements and found one area of non-compliance in addition to violations cited on the licensing inspection report today. Questions may be directed to: pamela.sneed@dss.virginia.gov

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-800-A
Description: Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the written emergency preparedness plan did not include procedures for reuniting the child with the parent.

Plan of Correction: I will add this requirement to the plan.
