Comments:
Today an unannounced Subsidy health and safety monitoring visit was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 9:15am-11:45 there was 2 children present with the Provide for a total of 4 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed coloring, playing with blocks, taking morning nap, and in transition for lunch time. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider records, fire drill log, menu and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
