An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on May 19, 2017, between the hours of approximately 10:33 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Twleve (12) children were enrolled and three children were present, with two caregivers, on this date. Subsidy requirements were reviewed for compliance. One violation (lockdown procedures) was cited during this inspection. Revisions to the emergency plan were discussed; please email a copy of the revised emergency plan to me when completed. Description: Based on review of the program's emergency plan and discussion with the caregivers on May 19, 2017, the program failed to write a complete lockdown plan. Evidence: 1. Review of the program's emergency plan, on this date, determined that the lockdown procedures were not complete. 2. Caregiver #1 confirmed the lack of information required in the lockdown plan.

Plan of Correction: The lockdown plan will be revised to ensure it includes complete information.
