An annual RECDC health and safety inspection was conducted today from 1:10pm-2:00pm. The center did not have anymore children in attendance as there was no after school enrichment program today. A tour of the facility was conducted, records were reviewed, and required postings were reviewed. Violations were found during today's inspection and are listed on the Violation Notice. Evidence:
1. Staff #1 had a central registry background check results on file that were expired (dated 11/7/2017).Plan of Correction: We will get complete the central registry check for the staff member as soon as possible.
