Description: Based on interview with the caregiver, it was determined that a DayCare staff person failed to provided appropriate supervision to a child, Evidence: Staff #1 was with the provider when they did a favor for a parent and dropped a child off at preschool. Although it was not during the child's Daycare hours, Staff #1 is a Daycare employee. She left the child in the classroom without any staff being present and went back to the car and told the provider that she had dropped the child in the classroom. Child was found by a Preschool staff person a few minutes after she was dropped off. The child was not upset or scared and said that she was playing with toys.

Plan of Correction: The staff person has been written up and is on 30 days probation. The provider will provide retraining.
