An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:00 a.m.-11:20 a.m. with the provider. Five children, ages 5 months, 16 months, 17 months, 22 months, and 2 years old were under the care of one caregiver for a total of 15 points. Children were observed playing with various toys, singing and dancing, eating morning snack, and playing outside. Morning snack served today was goldfish crackers, sliced grapes, and water. Required information was posted. The last emergency escape drill was 6/6/17. The last shelter-in-place drill was 3/1/17. The complete first aid kit, weatherband radio, and flashlight were present and accessible. The provider holds current certification in first aid, CPR, and medication administration training (MAT). There were no medications to review. Three household members' and two children's records were reviewed and all complete.
