An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00 am - 11:15 am. There were eight children in care with the provider and two assistants ages 8 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 3 years, 3 years, 3 years, and 4 years for a total of 23 points. The children were observed participating in structured center play and table top art activities. Lunch served today is tomato and cheese pizza on wheat crust, plums, and milk. Eight children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and two assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and two assistants are current in CPR and First Aid. The provider is current in MAT (Medication Administration Training). There is no medication being administered to children in the family day home at this time.
