- Technical Assistance:
Discussed annual training requirements (provider and assistants have completed training for this year).
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30am. There were 9 children (22 points) directly supervised by the provider and three assistants. There were no medications on site today and the provider is MAT certified. Children were observed playing freely, building with blocks, and one child was eating breakfast. Diapering and hand washing procedures were also observed. The provider was preparing a nutritious lunch (brown rice, chick peas, chicken, vegetables, and milk) for the children. The home, staff records, children records, household member records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact Megan Smith at email@example.com

Plan of Correction: I will remind my assistant of the hand washing policies to wash hands and the children's hands with soap and water after diapering.
