Discussed Subsidy Inspection requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:00 and ending at 12;30.There was one child in care, age 5. Child was observed playing with toys and chatting with the family. Congratulations on the new Granddaughter, She is just beautiful. Reviewed file for the one enrolled child - complete. Family files are also complete. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-30-A Description: Based on observation and interview with the provider it was determined that the provider's License and the last Inspection information was not posted in the home. Evidence: The family had repainted the house and has taken all of the required paperwork down. It has not been reposted. Plan of Correction: All required paperwork will be reposted. I will repost the License and the Last Violation Notice and Inspection Summary
