Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 15th 2017 between 9:45am and 11:00am. There were 12 children in the direct care of the family day home provider and two assistants. Children were observed singing, dancing, working on puzzles, having creative play, being changed, and having circle time. Staff were observed to be consistently engaged with the children. The family day home is clean, organized, and offers plenty of space, toys, books, and activities for children to utilized. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
