A religious exempt inspection was conducted on 06/01/2023, between the hours of approximately 1:55 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. There were 26 children present with 3 staff, in 1 grouping. Children were observed napping. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:

2. At the time of inspection, Caregiver #2 (start date: 09/06/2017) did not have a copy of fingerprinting results on file.
